The program combines exercise and educational modules that cover essential heart health topics, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and motivation. Participants will work on establishing lifelong habits through a progressive action plan with small, attainable goals. An introductory consultation and assessment will be conducted to determine personalized exercise protocols, set tracking metrics, and ensure participants are healthy enough for the program. The ultimate goal is to guide participants toward a healthier heart and an improved quality of life through sustainable lifestyle changes.
