INSURANCE:
All Vendors must have their own insurance coverage naming as additional insured
Ellenville-Wawarsing Chamber of Commerce,

Ellenville, NY 12428 as the Festival Operator. FOOD VENDOR PERMIT:
Vendors selling or dispensing food must obtain a permit from the Ulster County Health Department in advance. Permits are not issued at the festival. The Inspector will close you down on the morning of the festival if you do not have the proper permits. Make sure you are compliant. Contact info for the U.C. Health Department (845) 340-3010. VENDOR INFORMATION:
Booth Spaces are 10’ wide X 10’ deep ONLY. Do not exceed these dimensions
No overlapping beyond the assigned space(s)
No partial space fees.
Your items/set-up must fit within the space(s) you have paid for - the street must be kept clear for emergencies if needed
You may purchase multiple spaces.
You may not sell or subcontract spaces contracted for.
All spaces will be filled on a first come, first paid basis.
We will not "hold" a space until payment is received.
We do not promise any vendor a specific space, nor do we give any vendor exclusivity of product.
We do not provide tents, tables, chairs, or water. For your own comfort and health, bring these with you.
Limited spaces with access to electric are available at $30.00 extra per plug-in for the day; you will need to bring your own 50' extension cord.
Please decorate with Blueberry/ blue table covers, etc.) as the theme of the day. Best decorated blueberry themed booth will be awarded 1 free space at next year’s festival!
NO PETS: No dogs or live animals allowed. No “therapy” pets. Only Certified Service Dogs are allowed.
No loud music is allowed
THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL
Setup starts at 6:30 am
Big Trucks/Trailers should arrive at 6:00 am
Vendors must be setup by 8:30 am
All vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking areas by 8:30 am
Please decorate with Blueberry/ blue table covers, etc.) as the theme of the day. Best decorated blueberry themed booth will be awarded 1 free space at next year’s festival!
No booth breakdowns until 4:00 pm
GARBAGE: Vendors are responsible for their own garbage. Any vendor who leaves a mess will not be allowed at next year’s festival Use trash bins on the street
Dumpster is located behind the Hunt Building FOOD VENDORS MUST TAKE CARE OF AND DISPOSE OF TRASH AT END OF DAY
NO SPACE WILL BE RESERVED UNTIL FEES ARE PAID IN FULL.
YOUR NON-PROFIT STATUS DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED.
Required licenses/permits to do business are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

2.) Rental Agreement, signed
3.) Waiver, signed
4.) Certificate of insurance (COI).
5.) Non-Profit status documentation (if applicable)
6.) Food Vendors obtain an Ulster County Health Permit bring day-of (if applicable)
