Date and Time: March 23rd 2024, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Location: 8578 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood 90069

Vendor Guidelines:

• Set up: Please arrive between 11:30 am and 12:00 pm.
• Booth Allocation: Each vendor will have a designated space. Vendors are responsible to bring their own (1) one table (4'x2') and chair.
• Staff Assistance: Look for a person in a light blue Capitol Drugs tee shirt to direct you to your booth.
• No sales (cash or credit) on the sidewalk (per the City of West Hollywood). Vendors can book appointment, offer coupons and giveaways.

What to Bring:

• (1) one table (4'x2')
• Chairs if needed
• Umbrella (for shade or light showers)
• Marketing materials
• Enthusiasm and readiness for a fun event

Parking:

• Vendor parking fee: $4.00 with validation. Ask staff members for parking validation.
