This event honors the following departments, and all First Responders: CalFire/Riverside County Fire — Norco Battalion, Norco Animal Control Services, Norco Animal Rescue Team, Riverside County Sheriff — Jurupa Valley Station/Norco Sheriff, Norco Citizens Patrol, & Norco Mounted Posse.
