Join us to hear the team from Minnesota Retailers summarize the 2024 Legislative Session, as we prepare to head into our elections and to soon enough enter the 2025 Legislative Session.
Bruce Nustad, President of Minnesota Retailers, and Will Hagen, Government Relations & Member Engagement Director, will lead us through specific policies that made it out of the last session. In particular, you will learn about:

- Earned Sick and Safe Leaves
- Delivery Fee tax – timing, exclusions
- Sales tax increases – state, local
