Show Us the Money! Latinas Rise Together! Latina Equal Payday hosted by Hispano Chamber, Women in Business program.  Industry Partners: DEI United Way, New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women, Family Friendly New Mexico, Hispano Chamber, HRMA of New Mexico. We are here to crush the pay gap for all women. We are coming together with our industry partners creating new perspectives, breaching tough conversations and educating ourselves to be the best we can be.  We are a very proactive group and are addressing ways for Latinas and women overall to actively close the gap in salary, capital access and financial net worth here in the state of New Mexico.  Within this full day educational summit, we will be addressing the current status of women in New Mexico and nationally. We are expecting 80-100 women executives, business owners and community stakeholders. We will be addressing all aspects of equal pay for women. Topics include, facts and figures addressing the disparity, cultural awareness, negotiation skills, women in education, capital access for women entrepreneurs.  We will also have small group sessions for conversation between women. We will wrap up with resolutions for our Hispano Chamber Women in Business Program, including a call to action for our business community and legislative partners with measurable items to support and encourage closing the financial gap for women.  Make no mistake, this day is a day to celebrate our strengths. Reflect and recognize how we can improve our status and positive impact for ourselves, our families and our communities as a whole.
