Join us for the 16th Annual Beachcomber Night in Downtown Madison!

Don't miss your opportunity to be a part of this exciting annual event!

Each year, Beachcomber Night draws hundreds of people to enjoy a lively and festive summer afternoon in downtown Madison:

  • Food Trucks offering a variety of food and unique treats. Wall Street will be dedicated to our food trucks with several live music bands to create a dedicated space for our food truck vendors.
  • Live Music will be at every corner in downtown along Boston Post Raod and Wall Street, creating a more energetic environment.
  • Beer, Wine, & Spirits Tastings: from local breweries and distributors will be offer samples from their branded set up displays along Boston Post Road and Wall Street.  This is a high visibitliy opportunity creating brand awareness and gives consumers an opportunity to engage with representatives from their favorite brands.

Food Truck & Beer / Spirits Vendor Information:

  • No vendor fee (only necessary FOOD permit fees payable to the Town of Madison).
  • Dedicated space on Wall Street or Boston Post Road.
  • Complete, sign, date, and return the Temporary Food Permit (click here to download application) to dawn@madisonct.com. by no later than July 25, 2025

Experience the best of Madison on the historic green in downtown Madison this year!

Fall Artisan & Antique Festival
Saturday, September 27, 2025

(Regular fee: $70 / $60 with code at registration)
Celebrate the season with a day of fun featuring artisan craftslive music, and festive fall activities.

This festival is perfect for vendors who sell antiquesart, and artisan and craft items, with additional attractions like live music and family activities to draw a diverse audience.


Vendor Details and Terms

  • Space size: Approximately 20’ x 24’
  • Set-up: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM
  • Show hours: Open to the public from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Vendors must remain set up until 4:00 PM (except in cases of inclement weather).

Early Registration Discounts:

  • FallFestival: Reserve and pay by September 13, 2025, and save $10

Madison Chamber Business Members:
Want to promote your business or service? Reserve a promotional table (non-vendor) for $70.

By registering and paying online the vendor / exhibitor agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Liability and Risk:
Each exhibitor/vendor assumes all risks of loss or damage to their property and waives any claims against the Town of Madison, the First Congregational Church of Madison, and the Madison Chamber of Commercefor such loss. Furthermore, exhibitors/vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify these entities against any claims arising from their occupancy or use of the premises.
Space Assignment:
Spaces will not be reserved unless explicitly noted by a Madison Chamber of Commerce representative.
Spaces are assigned in order of arrival to the green, starting with the outer perimeter.
Setup Requirements:
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and tents if protection from the elements is required.
Tents must be secured with sandbags or weights. Stakes are not permitted to be driven into the ground.
Vehicle Access:
Vehicles are prohibited from driving onto the green after 8:30 AM and may not exit the premises before 4:00 PM.
Cleanup Responsibilities:
Exhibitors/vendors must leave the town green in the condition they found it.
All boxes, packaging supplies, and trash must be properly disposed of in designated areas.
Event Policy:
All events will proceed rain or shine unless notified otherwise by the Madison Chamber of Commerce.
Food trucks are not guaranteed to be at the event. Vendors should bring any necessary food and beverages.
Refunds:
No refunds will be issued for space commitments.
