L. Medical Center, Inc., was established in 2004 and is fully licensed and insured; a JACHO accredited Home Health Agency that provides the following services licensed by AHCA and servicing Dade and Monroe county. We are Medicare & Medicaid certified.
NURSING SERVICES: Wound Care Management, Diabetic, Cardiac, Pediatric, Respiratory and Post-Operative care, Monitoring, Nutritional Therapy, and High Tech IV Therapy and Infusion.
PERSONAL CARE: Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants provide care instructed by RN's, Assist in bathing and feeedings, Light housekeeping and Grocery shopping.
THERAPY SERVICES: Home based full service of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Social Work services.
L. Medical Center, Inc. currently has contracts with Care Centrix (Aetna, assurant, Beechstreet, Cigna, First Health, Sunshine State, Wellcare, Staywell, Healthease and Healthy Kids and Medicare), United Health Care (United Health care, Medicare AARP Plans, Oxford Health Plans, AmeriChoice, and PacifiCare), Tricare - Humana Military, Medicaid Waiver - Aged & Disabled Adults, Tango/Citrus Health Plan - Medicaid Waiver, Workman's Compensation (Tech Health, Orchid Medical, Northwook, Homelink, Express Care) and Ancillary Care Services as well as being Medicare & Medicaid providers.
