• It is Professional Printers' core value to work in partnership with our customers to be environmentally friendly, improving our stewardship and “green” performance at every available opportunity. As an official FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified printing company, our products help ensure to the end-user, through independent third party audits, that the paper comes from a well-managed forest and is manufactured by companies that adhere to strict environmental standards. By working with an FSC-certified printer and carrying the FSC-certification logo on your print product it tells the world that you support the highest social and environmental standards.

Professional Printers is a privately owned communications company working with a diverse client base including local, regional, national and international Fortune 500 companies.We offer our clients a full range of services including marketing support (brand development, layout, design and copy writing), online storefront creation, digital and offset printing, mailing and fulfillment.

We have developed competitive solutions that cut cost, and make our clients more effective in their own arenas, while maintaining the personal interaction that makes Professional Printers distinct. Capabilities
Professional Printers understands that clients' needs change with time and with the economic conditions. That's why we've added so many new options over the last few years. We are constantly responding to make your job more productive. Marketing and design has become a challenge for many of our clients as they cut budgets and reduce staff. In response, we launched Creative Process, our in-house resource to provide economical, professional and creative support. In pre-press we operate the latest versions of our industry's software, built around the Heidelberg Prinect workflow.

Our digital printing is anchored by the HP Indigo 5500, an industry award winner for quality ink-based printing.
In the offset pressroom we run 24/7 with three 40" Heidelberg Perfectors (8-color with Aqueous coater, 4-color and 2-color), complimented for small projects by an 18" 2-color Heidelberg Quickmaster and 2-color Ryobi. These are all supported by our own in-house ink plant. Our full in-house bindery, including custom die-cutting and gluing, and our mailing and fulfillment center complete the chain that provides our clients with the confidence they need.

Our Owners

Combined, the three owners of Professional Printers have more than 100 years of industry experience. Jimmy Kohn, Tom Conley and Jess MacCallum bring complementary skills and backgrounds to serve our clients. Jimmy (sales and management), Tom (pressroom, paper industry sales and management, and print production) and Jess (graphic arts degree, pre-press, and marketing) have reinvented Professional Printers since they purchased the company in 1993. From day one they have committed themselves to recruiting the right people to become a regional player in communications, exceeding $14 million in sales, and, in 2007, winning the coveted national “Benny” award.

We understand that a fully integrated solution requires finishing. That's why we support the HP Indigo with all necessary finishing and binding operations. Our digital department features its own scoring, folding, trimming, saddle-stitching and Plasticoil resources. In addition we offer all the options of our traditional bindery including die-cutting and perfect binding.
