Melissa Baca is a Certified Integrated Nutrition and Wellness Coach. Melissa holds workshops where she teaches self improvers how to navigate our confusing food system enabling them to improve their health through the food they eat everyday. Melissa also works one on one with those seeking additional support and education to reduce their dependence on medications. Melissa's speciality is metabolic dysfunction such as diabetes, cholesterol imbalances and inflammation.
