The Dillon?s Restaurant concept began in 1998, when Co-Owner George Valverde approached Rich Dillon to partner together to bring reality to Valverde?s vision.
That vision has now produced 4 locations.The first Dillon?s Restaurant opened in 1999 and is located on Thunderbird Rd., Peoria. We decided to close the doors in 2019 to acquire our newest location, Dillon's at Western Trails Ranch in Morristown, AZ. This new location gives you all the cowboy feels, on 12 acres of property; with team roping events(during season, November-April), monthly rodeos(Novemeber-June), constant live entertainment and a ton of BIG events!
Dillon?s Arrowhead, located at 59th Ave. and the 101, opened in 2005 serving this gorgeous community of Glendale residents. Our Dillon's Bayou at Pleasant Harbor opened in 2016, moving from Scorpion Bay, which opened in 2009. This location is BIGGER and BETTER, because size really does matter! Macayo’s Avondale joined the brand
family as its 12th member in January 2024. Located at 10220 W. McDowell Rd., this location was chosen to provide the Avondale community and surrounding residents with the authentic and time-honored Macayo’s Mexican food dishes that are both traditional and modern.
Backstreet Asia offers dine-in, to go, & catering. In house, we serve Filipino, Korean, Thai food but much more variety with catering orders. We have a full bar, live entertainment, comedy shows, dancing and more. Our venue is also available for all parties and corporate events.
